My name is Jesse, and I'm the head sharpener at Razor Sharp AZ. I've had a lifelong passion for knives and have over 15 years of experience sharpening them. I'm proficient in both freehand and belt sharpening, but my preferred method uses a state-of-the-art, water-cooled sharpening machine made in Sweden. The water cooling prevents the blade from overheating, ensuring the steel retains its temper and the edge stays sharper for longer!
At Razor Sharp AZ, we use cutting-edge abrasives like CBN and diamond emulsions, along with laser goniometers, to deliver an unparalleled sharpening experience. This innovative approach to an age-old craft is what sets us apart from the competition.
